Please settle any outstanding payments for your session as soon as possible. Your timely payment is important — it helps me reinvest directly in the high-quality herbs, natural medicines, and materials needed to care for the next clients. By paying promptly, you help ensure that each person who comes after you receives the same thoughtful, well-prepared support. Thank you for your understanding and for helping me provide the best care possible.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change. You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. If you need to cancel or make changes, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. It will help us to open your slot to other clients who might be in need of therapy services. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, last-minute changes, or missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a 25% fee of the session cost.
