Monthly Tea Ceremonies with Sacred Medicinal Celtic Plants & Sound bath Evenings in The Sanctuary, Dublin 7

Tea Ceremony
is a practice that uses plants to support reflection, focus, and connection. In many cultures, tea drinking has been more than just refreshment – it was part of ritual, meditation, and community.
By slowing down and preparing tea with attention, we can connect with the qualities of the plant, the moment, and ourselves.
Every month we sit with a different plant. I will introduce one chosen herb or tea plant, often one that grows around us. We will taste it, smell it, and sit with it in meditation. Along the way, I will speak about its traditional therapeutic effects, modern applications, and in some cases a little of the science behind how it works.
The session finishes with a sound bath, giving space to integrate the experience of the plant and ceremony. This workshop is open to anyone interested in medicinal plants, their history, and their relevance in everyday life today.
